Now consumers are eager for further technological enhancements to their weekly supermarket visit.
Some of the next-gen grocery tech that shoppers are open to include:
- Auto-loaded, personalized digital coupons (70%);
- Smart shopping carts (38%); and
- Digital screens on shelves that display ads, nutritional information, pricing and promotions (25%).
