Wrangler has introduced its Bespoke jeans collection, created by an all-female design team, that aims to address many of women’s key pain points around fit and fashion. Features of the new collection, available online and in select retailers nationwide, include a four-piece contour waistband — in contrast with the industry standard two — that is tailored to sit well on different body types and reduce waistline gap issues.
The jeans’ yoke-over-body construction and angled back pockets are designed to help lift, shape and highlight curves, and the high-quality stretch denim material is comfortable and flattering on a wide variety of body shapes. To help demonstrate the jeans’ versatility, the campaign promoting the Bespoke collection is being fronted by a diverse group of female Wrangler employees.
“There has been a longstanding demand among female consumers for jeans that cater to diverse needs and body types,” said Vivian Rivetti, VP of Global Design at Wrangler in a statement. “The Bespoke collection sets a new standard in the denim space, emphasizing inclusivity and comfort with styles that honor women of every shape and size.”
