A breakfast bar and dining area enhance this well-equipped epicenter making it delightful for guests to gather, cook, dine, and relax. With the convenience of an expandable dining table and extra chairs, there are options for diners to enjoy quality time together. Step outside to a small terrace where a barbecue and table offer a perfect perch for a sunset cocktail. A powder room off the kitchen adds convenience. Take time to pop into Lazy Acres, a popular local gourmet market right next door, where shopping for fresh ingredients for meals and picnics is a culinary experience not to be missed. La Mesa Park is across the street, Shoreline Park is about a half mile away, Santa Barbara City College is down the road, and the ocean beaches are super close by.
