I'm in the (perhaps) unique position of working with Vacation Rentals of Santa Barbara as both a owner and a renter. VROSB listed our home earlier this year, and quickly came up with renters for our entire window of availability. They did everything efficiently and professionally. Their photo shoot of our property made everything look beautiful, and prospects responded immediately! As first time renters, we had many questions. But VROSB provided the answers and provided the turnkey solution enabling us to rent our home with confidence.

On the tenant side of things, we had the opportunity to rent a beautiful property for three weeks this summer. It had everything we needed, and was laid out so beautifully for a short (or long) term stay.

As a property owner, I can attest that Vacations Rentals of Santa Barbara does an excellent job managing properties.  It is very labor intensive to manage short term rentals and VROSB is meticulous about making sure the properties are perfect for our clients.  They perform TWO inspections before each new client stays, one after the last person moves out, then the maid comes in, then a second inspection is performed to ensure everything is absolutely perfect!  They are well staffed and run a very professional business.

We have been working with Samantha Ireland at Vacation Rentals of SB since 2015. From the moment we bought our condominium in downtown Santa Barbara, we were impressed with her knowledge and capability to turn our new purchase into a future great investment. She had great tips for getting our rental operational,  including decorating tips and practical ways to market our new property. She asked us insightful questions about our property and what our expectations would be regarding the future investment.
