The Polo Condos are an exclusive gated community adjacent to the Santa Barbra Polo and Racquet Club in Carpinteria, California. This third-floor premiere unit affords guests a spectacular, front-row seat to polo matches during the season and the assurance of year-round enjoyment. Just 12 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara this sweet escape has a stunning backdrop of the ocean, the Channel Islands, and the coastal foothill views year-round are a given, making this location ideal no matter the season.
Newly remodeled, the home's luxury furnishings and attention to every design detail speak volumes about the pride of ownership. As a top-floor unit, vaulted ceilings add drama and abundant light through south-facing windows and sliding doors. The living room centers not only on the panoramic views and access to the terrace, but a fireplace adds warmth and ambiance.
The primary suite with a large closet and en suite bathroom looks north, where mountain views provide serene contrast, and a plush queen-size bed assures a good night's sleep. A second living room with a sofa sleeper, television, built-in desk, and polo view balcony converts to an additional guest bedroom by simply sliding closed the pocket doors.
