This charming cottage is located just one block off of one of Santa Barbara’s most popular beaches, West Beach. It is located on a quite street just walking distance from Downtown State Street, the Harbor, and the Pier with many wonderful restaurants and activities to choose from.
The cottage was newly decorated in 2010 and loaded with charm. The interior is decorated in a blue and red beach motif and the kitchen is fully equipped. With one queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa-sleeper in the living room, the cottage can sleep 2-4 people. The living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player and the home is set up with internet WI-FI for your convenience.
This classic beach cottage is the front unit of a triplex. A picket fence encloses a grassy front yard and a secluded side patio with a BBQ, making it perfect for outdoor dining. A public pool, tennis courts, baseball field and public park are just a block away as well as rentals for many activities: bikes, kayaks, sailboats, and jet skis, just to name a few.

We will return!
We took advantage of the outdoor dining area and grill every day, and LOVED the smell of the jasmine vine that permeated the space. It was the perfect size for our trip, and so accessible to town and the beach. So close to everything! We walked everywhere in town and didn't touch our car until we had to leave. I even took the Amtrak into town from L.A. and the train station was a short walk from the home itself. It was perfect! No frustrating travels plans at all. We even walked to several wineries in the area, restaurants galore, and the beach was beautiful! The smell of Sambo's greeted/taunted us every morning through the open windows. We will absolutely return to this wonderful, cozy, loving home. I can't wait to get back!! Property is so well maintained, and in great condition. We had such a memorable trip and thank the owners for such a wonderful experience and for all the memories! We will return! THANK YOU!!!

The managers were very helpful and always available
We have spent a week in this wonderful house in Santa Barbara. It is only a few meters from the sea, beach promenade, swimming pool and State Street, but still quiet and idyllic. The property consists of three terraced houses, the apartment is part of the front, situated on the road. The average renter / owner also took our gates, to arrive at its input, which has not bother us. The house has just been recently installed, but well-decorated in the shooting, clean and very sweet, loving with lots of details. You can use the front garden - where two lounge chairs are available - to chill out and watch passersby. In addition, a double door leading from the living room to a lateral, tendrils only visible from the neighbors dining area with gas grill, table and four chairs with old trees and picturesque fragrant. We were there with our 1 1/2 year old son and were very, very good feeling! The private, fenced garden is perfect with small children! :-) There is no supermarket in the immediate neighborhood, Trader Joe's is just a few minutes away by car. The managers were very helpful and always available. All in all, we spent a wonderful holiday and can recommend the cottage absolutely!

Definitely recommend this property
We were delighted by this wonderful charming little cottage, very close to the beach, pier and wharf in Santa Barbara. The interior is light, bright and warm while the setting and gardens are perfect, on a safe quiet road with plenty of parking. The property is very well maintained and clean, and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the best that Santa Barbara's has to offer!

It was absolutely wonderful
My husband and I stayed in the cottage and it was absolutely wonderful. There is an adorable nautical theme to the decor and everything is up to date. The cottage is central to everything so we could bicycle everywhere and didn't use our car once! It was also great enjoying wine on the side patio that opens to the house through french doors. The neighbors were incredibly friendly too offering us wine and amazing restaurant recommendations. We can't wait to return and enjoy another long weekend!

Very cute cottage with excellent location - walk to beach, marina and lower State. Bed was very comfortable and outdoor space was a bonus! Will stay here again!
