An external Saltillo tile staircase behind the wrought iron entry gate leads directly to the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home on the second floor. Like strolling through the narrow streets of Spain, this secure, gated complex is lush with bubbling fountains and tropical plantings, while graceful arches and alcoves adorned with colorful tile add a pop of personality.

Inside the impeccable, newly redesigned home, a neutral palette of creamy linen and white is punctuated by accent colors of slate blues, indigo, and warm grays. The living room under a vaulted ceiling features a comfortable couch with a chaise. A Samsung Frame television, whose clever screen saver displays art when the television is not in use, depicts various artistic images that add to the tasteful art in the home. Vaulted ceilings add light and drama to a very pretty room, while wall-to-wall windows and doors open wide to a semi-covered sunset-facing terrace. There is a barbecue, a round dining table for four, and an outdoor living room under a pergola with twinkling bistro lights. The kitchen's natural stone counters contrast rich mahogany tone cabinetry in a fully equipped open design kitchen.  From fine dining and wine tasting to casual meals and picnic preparation for on-the-go travelers, it's all here. 

The primary suite features a second Frame television, a luxurious king-size bed, and French doors to the terrace with a seating area to enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee. In addition, the attached bathroom with a spacious dressing room allows ample storage for the long-term visitor. A home office space is ideal for those working from this ideally located “home-away-from-home." To enhance your working or streaming situation, the home is equipped with a 500mbph high-speed internet speeds throughout. Tucked behind a sliding barn-style door are the front loading washer and dryer. An additional sleeping area offers a queen-size bed and access to a covered patio, and a large soaking tub is the focus of the hall bathroom. 

The downtown corridor of State Street offers a variety of dining, shopping, and historic sightseeing options right outside the complex. With secure underground parking, there is almost no need to start up the engine during your stay. Slip on a comfy pair of shoes, and walk for hours and still not see all there is the see. The beaches along Cabrillo Boulevard are close by, so hop on any of the E-bikes that dot the downtown landscape and head out for some fun in the sun. Sevilla Serenity will be the ideal starting point for exploring this beautiful city by the sea while reminding each visitor that taking some quiet time to relax, renew and unwind is essential to every memorable getaway.

Lovelier than Photos Represent!
A beautiful apartment in an awesome location to explore Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. It is a quick walk to the beach and many cafes, restaurants and bars. The outdoor patio is a bonus. The home is even lovelier than the photos represent. The kitchen is fully stocked with high everything you would need. We would stay here again!!
