This fresh and comfortable 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is located less than a block away from the Pacific Ocean and East Beach. East Beach Vista is equipped for comfort- the kitchen features new appliances and plenty of amenities to delight the budding family chef. The dining area features a generous window bench that allows for views of the ocean and the lovely neighborhood park across the street! The couches are new (not reflected in photos) and emulate the ocean blues that can be seen from the living room window.
The main bedroom is equipped with a comfortable King sized bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. Ideal for up to 4 people, East Beach Vista is a wonderful home base while exploring all that Santa Barbara has to offer.
Not only is this home within walking distance of the beach, guests can also enjoy a leisurely stroll to the Santa Barbara Zoo, the East Beach Batting Cages, Tri-County Produce, multiple great food places (like East Beach Tacos or Convivo!), and more! The Santa Barbara Electric Shuttle stop is just a ½ block away and only costs 50 cents to ride, and the shuttle takes you to Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara Harbor, up and down State Street, and more!
Please note that East Beach Vista is the front unit of a duplex and only street parking is available. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this unit does not have A/C. Because of the neighborhood park and close proximity to the street, some noise is to be expected. Laundry facilities are shared with the back unit.

Great Stay!!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here on the Milpas property in Santa Barbara. Very cute, lots of room for just the two of us. Close to the beach, also a Waterview, which was really important to me. Within walking distance of restaurants. We would stay here again. ☀️

Perfect Place!
This was the perfect place to stay with my family of four during our vacation to Santa Barbara! The location is great - ocean view, quick walk to the beach and restaurants. It was also wonderful that they had beach towels, chairs and boogie boards available for use at the beach. The home itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again!

Steps form the Beach!
The house was very pleasant and located steps away from the beach. It is a casual neighborhood, but we enjoyed a lot of restaurants and beach walks given the great location! We found parking right across the street and were able to keep an eye on our car for the stay of the trip.

Excellent Location!
This property was lovely, well designed, well equipped, great beds, excellent location with many restaurants close by. My only complaint is that there is not a lot of light from outside. Having said that I was there during unusual weather with rain, clouds and cold. The good outweighed the light issue enough that if I returned I think I would still stay there.

We couldn't be happier with our stay in Santa Barbara. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It is incredibly well located - only a short drive to State Street, the wharf, or Montecito, and only half a block from the beach. Management was very communicative and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

We would like to rent this beach house again!
This two bedroom home is well located close to the beach (200+ steps away, restaurants (Convivo our favorite only 100 steps away), Stearns Pier and State Street, all within walking distance. The property is well-maintained with a nice kitchen, bathroom, dining area and living room with window views of the ocean. Everything that we needed was at this location as far as utensils, plates, cooking ware, tea kettle and coffee maker. Washer and Dryer worked great, enjoyed using beach towels and chairs, and very convenient to nearby grocery market. If we come back to the area, we would like to rent this Beach house again.

Wonderful Rental Right By The Beach!
Beautiful, clean property in a fabulous location. We walked to the beach, pier, Chase Palm Park and Zoo. It was perfect for our needs--there is a beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen and front room. We'd definitely stay here again!

On Point Location and Accommodation in SB
The property is well located close to the beach, restaurants, other sightseeing spots. The property is well-maintained two bedroom wonderful view to the beach walk a block away from the pier. Very satisfied with the price and amenities that are offered. Everything that is needed is at this location as far as utensils plates cooking ware linens sheets towels. The only thing needed is groceries. Look forward to renting and reserving this beach house again in the near future!

Very spotlessly clean and all the basic stuff: coffee, salt, etc. Full kitchen with pots, pans and plates. They even had beach towels for the shore that was all of a block away. Loved the view of the waves as we were hanging out having coffee in the am!

Would Gladly Stay Here Again!
This is a beautiful location walking distance to the beach. The house is large and very clean, and it had a full kitchen. Wi-fi worked great. There's a grocery story across the street that currently has a taco truck in the evenings, so you can easily get food if you're not in the mood to drive anywhere. If you want to be in the middle of things, it's a 5-10 minute drive over to State Street, which is filled with shops and restaurants. Since you're right on a street, there was quite a bit of car noise so you might want to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Highly recommend this location.

Truly perfect. Easy short walk to beach (literally less than a block). "High-end" interior design and accessories. Great kitchen. Open the windows and wonderful cross breeze from the ocean air. Unobstructed view of the ocean from the kitchen table over an open park. Parking is not hard and was available every night during the July4th weekend on street in front of house. Nice walk to the pier. Can walk or drive to State Street easily. All of the "life" of Santa Barbara on the ocean is at your fingertips. I could not recommend this place more if you love the ocean, love a view of the ocean, and want easy access to the beach.

Absolutely Fantastic Location!
I stayed for almost a week and started every morning with a nice walk along the beach which was less than a block away! Also walking distance to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and even the batting cages. I like getting my steps in so I was also able to walk to downtown Santa Barbara just over a mile away which was great. I worked remotely from the Airbnb and the wi-fi was fast and the Airbnb itself was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again

The House Was Wonderful!
Perfect location to the beach, about a 15-20 minute walk to the main downtown area, and walking distance to coffee/rite aid/etc. Street parking only, but I never had a problem finding a spot within a few blocks of the house. Very clean! Plenty of towels. Very comfortable house for an enjoyable stay. The living room/kitchen area was quite loud with a busy street right out front and could get a bit warm but overall the place was wonderful and I would recommend staying there!

“We absolutely loved our stay at the East Beach Vista! The location is amazing. It was so great to be so close to the beach. It's also an easy 1 mile walk to the offerings of State Street and Stearns Wharf. It's a little bit of a busy neighborhood, but it was not a bother for us. The home was just the right size for our family of 4, and it's decor was fresh, modern and clean. Although we didn't prepare any full meals there, the kitchen is well-appointed with newer appliances. “This place is just as pictured. It was super clean with everything you will need during the stay. The location is perfect! It is across the street from a park, the grocery store is at one end of the block and East Beach is at the other end of the block. It is on a busier road which is not really noticeable with the windows closed. It is a little louder with the windows open but nothing that is unbearable.”

great location on a few steps from East Beach. Easy and free parking right in front of the house. Supermarket only a few yards up the road. Clean and big apartment equipped with everything we could ask for. Even a Ninja blender for smoothies :D We definitely enjoyed our time there!

Two adults and our two kids (10 and 13) found this home very comfortable. It was clean with a new kitchen, fully stocked with kitchen supplies. Internet connection was very good. The bedrooms in the front unit are in the back, so there really wasn't much road or train noise. Very clean and nice.
