A premium location for those looking for a spacious downtown home for an extended stay in Santa Barbara! Located in the heart of downtown, this luxurious townhome is within walking distance of the Paseo Nuevo shopping center, movie theaters, restaurants, and museums. Built in 2006, this spacious Spanish style home offers beautifully decorated living areas to accommodate the business executive away from home or a large family.
The ground floor features a modern kitchen that is a chef’s dream with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a prep island. The open concept kitchen looks onto the dining area and comfortable living room with a cozy fireplace and flat screen television. This downstairs living space also offers a sofa sleeper for the occasional extra guest, an office area and a half bath. For outdoor living, there are two separate private patios-- one with a hot tub!
After a relaxing evening at home and a soak in the hot tub, guests can enjoy a restful night sleep upstairs. The second level features the master bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a flat screen television. The ensuite master bath offers plenty of space with two sinks, a bathtub, and a spa shower with two separate shower heads. Guests can also enjoy fresh air from the private balcony off of the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and flat screen television. In between these rooms, there is an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa and television.
If additional space is required, the top level of this three level townhome, features a loft area with two full beds and a television. A private balcony is also attached to this level. Excellent stay at Casa Zafiro!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Zafiro, the team were so helpful and prompt in responding and check in and check out was extremely easy. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything yet nice and quiet. It was a lovely place to stay and highly recommended!
