This is a fantastic place for a couple's getaway! The location is A++. You cannot be closer to the beach, during high tide the waves are literally under your balcony. Its very small, but to have your own balcony and the privacy of your own home in this location is a game changer. It's also minutes from downtown Montecito and everything you would ever need. The hosts were great, proactive and there if we needed something. I would highly recommend and will be back!

We fell in ♥️ love with this magical little cottage! You cannot beat the location and we also got super lucky with last minute pricing. Waking up and going to sleep with the sound and sights of the ocean was dreamy! We were easily able to walk to the Rosewood Miramar (our favorite ), we enjoyed the bbq and had some amazing beach ️ days! Can't wait to return.

Great place with amazing view!

We live near by in SB and wanted to have a little vacation without going too far. We loved the cozy beach cottage, it was just what we were looking for. We'll come back again for sure!

A charming cottage right on the beach, with a large balcony with stairs leading to the sand. Great shower with two shower heads. Comfortable bed, cozy window seat for reading, close to downtown. Hosts are quick to communicate and provide detailed instructions. Highly recommend for a weekend away for two people.

Great location, nice beach, and a beautiful view. Sitting on the window seat watching the surfers and all the people walking on the beach is so relaxing and entertaining. Walking distance to the Rosewood Miramar, which is a beautiful resort, and 5 minutes to downtown Montecito with great eating places. The management company makes checking in and out very easy and is always available if you need them for anything. Thank you and I hope to visit again soon!

What an amazing rental! Everything was so easy from arrival to departure. This cozy cottage is a short drive into both downtown Santa Barbara and Montecito. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts (two days in a row) at Jeanine's and maybe one of the best meals of our lives at Bouchon. The cottage was the perfect size and has everything you could need. I read in previous reviews that people had complained about there being no wifi, but the hosts have added a wifi connection. Couldn't have asked for a better location. A birthday weekend/ staycation well spent! Thank you!

This is a wonderful beach house studio apartment at Miramar beach. Check-in/out was very simple. We had a great time together with our 8 yo son. Everything was exactly how it is shown, very cute. Perfect hideaway spot at the beach. Loved it!

This is a gorgeous small cottage right on the beach. Simply delightful!

You can't get any closer to the beach without being on a boat. We loved the placed. Walked to Montecito for breakfast. Surfed twice a day. I could live here.

Amazing location on the beach.

Let me start this off by telling you we would return to this charming bungalow tomorrow...for as long as we could stay. It was that sweet, that charming, that perfect. We were initially surprised by the fact that there was no air conditioner and no internet or WiFi, but we quickly remembered how to open windows, read books and talk (oh and talk). By the end of our stay we didn't want to leave. The open windows connected us to the Pacific Ocean that was literally ten steps from the deck. We experienced amazing sunrises, breakfast on the deck as the tide came in, beach walks, wine on the deck in the evening and sleeping to the sound of crashing waves. (The first night my husband got up and opened the door. I asked “what are you doing.” He replied “making sure the waves aren't coming in.”) The waves weren't coming in, the ocean is just that close. It was magical. Don't be surprised by the lack of AC or WiFi. Bring books, wine and the love of your life. You won't be disappointed.

If you're looking for a sweet little beach cottage, this is it. You'll need to be ok with people strolling on the beach near your window, the sound of crashing waves and an occasional train whistle blowing in the distance. We happened to find it all part of the charm.

As mentioned in these reviews, the location of this rustic, tiny beach cottage is hard to improve: you're at the waters edge on a beautiful beach, 10 minutes from Santa Barbara, 2 minutes from Montecito, with an intimacy not possible at a hotel. Beware of the bed, however, which is better suited for a single sleeper.

Especially in Santa Barbara, you won't find a better ocean front view - we ended up getting take out from Sakana, Honor Bar and others in Montecito just to enjoy the view longer - couldn't get enough! Bed was great! Amazing place!

Miramar beach is my favorite beach in southern California. Steps to the sand, sounds of the ocean all night, fresh air, quiet neighbors. There is a DVD player but no wifi or cable. Kind of a nice compromise for a technology cleanse. Will definitely come again.

My wife and I visited this wonderful studio for our honeymoon after 14 months of wedding madness. I searched for a minimoon destination for weeks before settling on Le Petit Bijou in one of our favorite areas of California - Santa Barbara. Despite the rental having zero reviews, we decided to book, and we were not disappointed. Let me preface this by saying that we loved this place. It was perfect, and I plan on going back. We arrived stocked with groceries, and ready for anything. When we opened the door and stepped inside we knew we were exactly where we needed to be for the next 7 days. Layout: Walking in to the studio there is a fully stocked kitchen with a bar suitable for throwing together any meal of your choosing, a dining table large enough to comfortably seat 4 to 5 people, a couch to soak up the incredible views of Miramar beach, a comfortable bed-coffee table-and TV area perfect for relaxing/getting much needed rest, a bathroom tucked in the back corner with plenty of room, and a balcony great for taking in sun, watching the surf and sunsets. There is plenty of room for storage - 2 closets, and two small refrigerators. My wife and I like to go out to eat, and also like to cook together. The place accommodated both our love of cooking and afternoon snooze sessions. At high tide you feel like you are sleeping on the waves - awesome. It's the perfect little beach shack for a couples, or very small family getaways. Area: The Studio is located down the road from Montecito. We walked in to town on multiple occasions to eat, shop, and just cruise. At low tide you can walk North to Butterfly Beach, or South for miles towards Summerland. The surf was great during our stay. There was no shortage of surfers taking advantage of the break - fun to watch. Santa Barbara is a quick drive/Uber away for food and drinks. Service: Our manager was always quick call away and even helped by recommending activities for us. We check out Lotusland and thought it was interesting (if you like plants...we do). They also brought us extra cooking pans, and keys without asking, which was nice. If you get a chance, stay at this great little studio. In my opinion, it is the perfect beach shack and encompasses everything living at the beach should encompass.

This is a perfect little nook to reflect as you enjoy the ocean right out your window. Nothing makes you sleep better than the sound of waves.

The amenities, including the kitchen and bathroom, were substantial with two smaller refrigerators and oven and full supplies so was easy to cook all meals. The bed was very comfortable and you couldn't ask for a better view when you woke up. Anyone who enjoys photography, this is the spot for you. The sunrise was breathtaking. While the unit did not have full cable or any Wifi, you won't miss it. The host made us feel very welcome and patiently answered all my questions about the listing in advance of our arrival. The arrival and departure instructions were clear and fair. It took us a bit to find the heater as it was hidden behind a wooden structure, so we spent a few nights cold but there were extra blankets and a heat lamp in the bathroom. One tip, if you are going to use the umbrella on the deck, make sure it is fully secured, as the beach can get windy and it might fly away on you. A laughable diversion though. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves immensely and left refreshed and rejuvenated. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to the host!
