Kroger will be the first company to test out Intelligence Node’s new digital shelf optimization solution as it seeks to enhance its online marketplace.
The digital marketplace solution from Intelligence Node — which is powered by generative AI and real-time data capture — generates comprehensive product listings and ratings for customers while also providing custom, data-rich insights to guide a company’s marketing strategies. The partners hope that clearer, more informative product listings will not only improve the customer experience but also give Kroger better insights into product performance. The Intelligence Node solution will be incorporated into the Mirakl platform on which the Kroger marketplace is built.

The improved digital marketplace solution represents an expansion by retail analytics firm Intelligence Node to support third-party sellers in their marketplace endeavors. Third-party sellers on Kroger’s marketplace will now have access to a content management solution that will help them improve the ranking criteria of their product content in Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).
