Amperity, an Intelligent Customer Data Platform provider that works with retailers such as GAP and LVMH, has launched Databases. The functionality is designed to help brands build multiple views of their customers by merging data science and marketing.
The new functionality connect rich data stores to form profiles at scale using advanced machine learning capabilities, a distributed infrastructure and heavy computing power. These profiles can help retailers avoid false positives and negatives that might be present in legacy solutions and provide higher quality identity resolution with better match rates.
The company first unveiled its Intelligent Customer Data Platform in September 2017, when it first emerged from stealth mode.
