Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) has teamed up with childrenswear licensee Haddad Brands to bring its Abercrombie Kids line to other retail channels globally.
Haddad distributes in more than 100 countries and holds similar licenses for brands including Nike, Levi’s, Polo, Tommy Hilfiger and Huggies. Under the agreement, A&F Co. will continue to design, produce and sell the Abercrombie Kids product in its owned-and-operated channels as it does today. Haddad will focus on creating new distribution channels for the brand and growing the product line by adding infant and toddler categories to the existing assortment for 5- to 14-year-olds.
The fall/back-to-school 2025 season of Abercrombie Kids will be available in Haddad Brands’ showrooms around the world in September.
“With our Abercrombie Kids brand, we have created comfortable, high-quality apparel for children that allows them to feel exceptional every day,” said Fran Horowitz, CEO of A&F Co. in a statement. “As we work to diversify A&F Co.’s channel mix and drive sustainable, profitable growth, we are thrilled to partner with Haddad Brands to build on our success and create an opportunity to grow the brand in the years ahead by engaging with new customers globally.”

Abercrombie Kids follows in the footsteps of a number of popular children’s brands that have looked to partnerships with other retailers for expansion, including:
- Monica + Andy, which created a diffusion line for Walmart;
- Target’s in-house kids’ brand Cat & Jack, which is now sold at Hudson’s Bay stores in Canada; and
- Tween accessories brand Claire’s, which now has distribution deals at Walgreens, Walmart, Macy’s and Kohls.
